Why hire a wedding singer?

  • Singers can be loud and powerful. They’re perfect for creating a grand, impressive atmosphere at a big church wedding.

  • They can also be soft and gentle, capturing those beautiful, intimate moments that you will treasure for a lifetime.

  • With a wide variety of voices available, there’s something to suit all tastes and styles.

  • Some of my singers also offer pop, soul and musical theatre songs, performed with a classical twist.

  • My classical singers train at the UK’s top opera schools and are preparing for work at an international level.

  • Singers of this level are also trained actors. They know how to bring out genuine emotion in their performance.

  • My professional choral singers will lead hymns at a church wedding or sing carols at Christmas.

  • A jazz singer is ideal for performing stand-out songs in your ceremony and background music during your reception.

Even amongst my classical singers, there is a vast range of styles and specialisms. Different songs will suit different voices. Whether you want pure jazz, pure classical or a mixture with a bit of pop and musical theatre thrown in for good measure, I can find the right singer for you.

I’ll also want to know more about you, your general taste in music, what your venue is like and the atmosphere you want to create. I’ll use these details to tailor the perfect booking for your wedding day.

How much does a wedding singer cost?

Prices vary according to how many singers you book, whether they need accompaniment, length of booking, travel distance, equipment required, and various other factors.

They range from £565 for a solo opera singer for a wedding ceremony to £3,000+ for a jazz singer with a band for up to six hours.

There are options to suit most budgets. Each of my artists has a fixed fee structure – they don’t change the price for different customers. You can be sure you’re getting a fair price based on the quality of the singers, not based on pre-conceptions about wedding budgets.

Unlike many agencies, I also don’t charge commission. Each of my packages has a fixed fee based on the services I provide.
